At ÁRIA, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for all oral care products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or resold.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Dissatisfaction after use

Incorrect use of the product

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or experiences a malfunction under normal use, it may qualify for a replacement under our warranty policy.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

Your order number

A clear video showing the issue

A brief explanation of the problem

 

All claims are reviewed before approval.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are only issued for verified manufacturer defects

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not eligible

Limit one replacement per order

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:

Returning the product (if required)

Receiving the replacement

Non-Returnable Items
