What is NOT Covered

Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper handling

Water damage from incorrect use

Normal wear and tear

Any damage caused by the user

How to Submit a Claim

To request a warranty replacement, contact:

Order number

A clear video showing the issue

Brief explanation of the problem

Replacement Process

Claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days

If approved, a replacement unit will be issued

Replacement is only provided if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturer defect

Shipping Responsibility

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims, including return shipping and replacement shipping
